DME Studios recently launched a season ticket renewal program for the Oklahoma City Thunder (NBA). The DME Studios program was completely dynamic and database driven, allowing ticket holders to click directly from an email in to their personalized landing page. Once on their landing page, viewers were given options to renew their tickets for the upcoming season, purchase playoff tickets, view their itemized account invoice, watch a personalized video, save and print personalized images and browse additional NBA sanctioned media. Overall, the campaign was a huge success, saving the Thunder $40,000 in direct mail costs (from the previous year’s campaign) and increasing online renewals from 8% to 40%.
